The Muse Collection is a tribute to the untamable spirit of Mexico’s most iconic women. We looked back at history to find Chavela, Remedios, Leonora, Leona, and Elena — women who broke molds, reshaped culture, and found strength in their own nature. In this collection, the clay refuses to stay still. Each of the five pieces features distinct undulated edges — reminiscent of the traditional Mexican "olanes" (ruffles) found on folkloric skirts. Just as a dancer spins and her skirt creates a wave in the air, these bowls and vessels capture a moment of suspension. It’s the contrast between the rigidity of high-temperature ceramics and the visual fluidity of the curve. The Muses are deeply functional. They are vessels to hold life: a nourishing meal, fresh fruit, vibrant flowers, the warmth of a candle. They are not just objects; they are centerpieces with a presence, standing tall and proud, bringing the strength and rhythm of female and Mexican history to the contemporary table.
